Dr. Chinwe Effiong is an international development expert with a drive to address power imbalances, especially with youth. With over two decades of leadership experience, she has led initiatives across philanthropy, academia, and youth development.
As a passionate advocate for young people, Chinwe is excited to ensure YLabs helps equip the next generation with the skills and resources they need to shape their futures. She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Delaware.
Chinwe is also a children's book author, with her book Jambalaya, she encourages young girls to find their voice.
